I consent to the processing of my personal data by Fidendo limited liability company based in Warsaw, ul. J.J. Śniadeckich 10 00-656 Warsaw for the purpose of being contacted by a representative of the Company and to receive a response to the message sent via the contact form.

The Administrator informs that:

1. providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary to provide a response to the message sent via the contact form;

2. the data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR), i.e., based on the consent given;

3. the data may be disclosed only to entities and institutions authorised by law;

4. personal data will be stored for the period necessary to provide a response to messages addressed to the Administrator via the contact form and archived for a period of 3 months from the date the response is provided, after which it will be deleted;

5. you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
   you have the right to request access to your data, their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability;

6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if the manner in which the personal data is processed violates applicable laws.
